Who are we?

We are a family formed by local farm workers and residents of Isabela, Puerto Rico. We all believe that we have to work together for a complete viable solution for food supply security in the 21st Century.  From our partners, to our investors to even our location, we all came together with wanting to participate in the solution of food supply security by applying new technologies to agriculture.

The Butter Lettuce

The sweet, tender leaves of butter lettuce make for simple everyday salad greens, but can also be transformed into an edible vessel for low-carb meals—think tacos or Korean grilled beef lettuce wraps using the large outer leaves of the plant. The Artisan Romaine

Artisan Romaine has the refreshing crunch of iceberg lettuce & the sweet flavor of a romaine heart. The unique shape of each leaf offers many uses beyond the salad bowl for healthy delicious and convenient meals.
